To assist you in using this and any other website we may operate from time to time (collectively, the "Website" or the "Site") and to ensure a clear understanding of the relationship and responsibilities arising from your use of our Site, we have created these Terms of Use . Our Privacy. The words "you" and "your" refer to any person accessing the Site or authorizing the registration of an account, and the words "we," "us," and "our" refer to Baseballclick.com.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE.

You agree that your use of this website will not violate any local, national or international law.

All of the information you have provided Baseballclick.com.com is completely accurate and truthful. You have not and will not access unrightful information (you have not and will not access other user's passwords, usernames, profiles, etc.)

Player Registrants

In order to register as a Player (which will not entitle you to gain access to the Restricted Areas of our site) you will need to provide certain personal information such as: contact information, academic Information, college board scores (SAT, ACT, etc.), academic awards, baseball statistics (batting, pitching, running, etc.), current schedule of baseball games, current name of coach, current coach's contact information ("Player Information").

By registering as a Player, you are acknowledging and confirming that you are at least fourteen (14) years old, you are currently engaged in a high school (or similar) baseball program you are interested in having persons who have registered as coaches & MLB scouts gain access to the information you are posting on the Site about yourself, and you have consulted with your parents regarding your use of the site and have their permission to use the Website. The Player Information you provide will not be provided to other Players and will only be made available to users who have registered as a College Coach or affiliated MLB scout on the Site.

By registering at the website as a Player, you are also indicating that you are interested in having users registered as Coaches contact you directly. If you are not so interested, please do not register as a player on this Site.

Coach Registrants

By registering for a coach's account, you must be an affiliated MLB Scout or NCAA Division I, II, III, NJCAA,NAIA or other college athletic association head coach, assistant coach and/or official collegiate recruiter. By registering untruthfully as a coach, you can and will be held liable for your actions and the consequences. This is considered unrightful access to information. Only actual collegiate athletic coaches and affiliated MLB scout are permitted to register for Baseballclick.com.com coach accounts.

In order to access your account, we require that you complete a registration form. This form asks for contact information, which may include such items as name, address, email address, telephone number, School name, fax number and other basic contact information ("Coach Information"). By registering as a Coach, you are acknowledging and confirming that you are an active coach of a college baseball team and are interested in accessing information posted by persons registered as Players on this Site.

You have not and will not use any of Baseballclick.com's material (logos, graphics, art works, text, articles, database, internet coding, etc) without written permission from Pitching By Design, Inc. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or services obtained from Baseballclick.com without the express permission of Pitching By Design, Inc.

Soliciting registered users of Baseballclick.com, either coaches or athletes, is strictly prohibited. Legal action will be taken against any and all persons or companies soliciting registered users of Baseballclick.com. Baseballclick.com will never disclose your personal information to any outside party for any soliciting purposes.

The contents of the Site are protected by intellectual property rights, including copyright. The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is Pitching By Design, Inc., Baseballclick.com, its affiliates or other third party licensors.

Baseballclick.com makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this Site or which may link to this Site. When you access a non- Baseballclick.com web site, please understand that it is independent from Baseballclick.com, and that Baseballclick.com has no control over the content on that web site.

BASEBALLCLICK.COM MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED TERMS OF USE ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED TERMS OF USE.

By registering with Basballclick.com or using Baseballclick.com's service as a either coach or an athlete you agree to Baseballclick.com's Terms of Use.
